Pathetic exchange experience. I ordered from an offer but 5 at 999, had padding issues with 3 and filed an exchange, they took the product but didn’t provide to choose what I’ll get in exchange until after pickup but then the products which I could get for exchange were not in stock anymore, and they are also refusing to refund my amount to my original payment method, but in wallet so that I’ll buy more but that amount would not be useful as products I want are out of stock as I mentioned earlier. Edit: changing my rating cuz as I read in some reviews that their customer support isn’t good, my experience was okay, resolved my issue. Thankyou shyaway.
