3. IS THERE FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MY ORDERS?
Yes, if your order is above INR 749/- then your shipping charges will be free. Orders below INR 749/- will have standard shipping charges of INR 49/-.
If the delivery is outside India, it is mandatory for the customer to undertake all shipping charges.
4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

5. CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?
Yes, we accept orders from consumers all around the globe. Please note that for shipping outside of India, the customer is responsible for the entire shipping cost. Please notice that orders placed outside of India must be placed by phone or by contacting us via our Support Portal.

Shyaway product(s) go through 4 levels of quality checks before they are packed and shipped to you.
The products are placed in our custom-made eco-friendly cardboard boxes directly without any plastic wrapping. These boxes are recyclable and biodegradable.
Our custom-made boxes are laminated, water-proof, and are made of high-quality products in catchy colours like pink, blue, green, etc.
We take discreet packaging seriously, and there will be no brand name, label, tags, product details, etc., attached to the outer packaging. Only your address and the total amount of the order will be mentioned.
1. CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) IF THEY DON'T FIT ME?
Shyaway accepts return/exchange for bras (Exclusive of Bralette Bras, Cami Bras & Tube bras) and nightwear sets like pyjama, Capri, and shorts sets. 3. CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?
We recommend that you modify the shipping address or cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not honour any requests for alternate shipping addresses, specific delivery dates, and cancellation from customers post shipping. Kindly contact us for any clarifications.
4. I HAVE PAID THROUGH COD. HOW WILL I GET A REFUND?

5. HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN REQUEST?

7. HOW CAN I CHECK MY EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST STATUS?

3. WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN?
Due to hygiene concerns, Shyaway will not accept intimate merchandise like Panties, Legwear, Shapewear, Swimwear, Sleepwear, and Bra – Accessories for exchange/return. On the other hand, you can exchange/return bras (except for Bralette Bras, Cami Bras & Tube bras), scarves, tops, etc., within 15 days of delivery.
4. THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT MY SIZE. CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT?
We only consider exchanges for the same product in a different size. We can make an exception if your requested altered size is not available in the same product.

2. HOW CAN I ADD MONEY INTO MY SHYAWAY WALLET?
You cannot add money to your Shyaway wallet. Netbanking/debit/credit cards are not supported for transferring and maintaining balance in your Shyaway wallet.
3. WILL THE CREDITS IN MY SHYAWAY WALLET EXPIRE?
No. The credits in your Shyaway wallet will not expire, and you can use them anytime.
