SHIPPING & COD CHARGES
Shyaway provides free shipping on orders worth Rs. 749 and above. For all Cash on Delivery orders, a standard convenience fee of Rs. 39 will be charged. In the case of orders below Rs. 749, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 49 will be charged. Convenience and delivery charges are non-refundable.

We completely understand the excitement and pain of not getting the order as you anticipated. However, we are trying our best to ship your orders with discreet packaging within 48 hours of confirmation. Shyaway is committed to shipping all products together, which may not be possible sometimes due to the products availability. We will inform you in such cases through the mail.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Shyaway.com detailing your order ID and estimated delivery date.
HOW TO TRACK ORDERS
Once your order ships, you will receive an email mentioning your order details, the tracking number, and the courier company. You can easily track your order after the package is out of our warehouse for delivery.
All orders will be delivered within 2–10 working days, with the exception of some locations (North East, J&K, and Kerala), where delivery time might take longer.
We would like to inform you that every location gets a different delivery time frame from our courier partners. Track your order online once your order is dispatched. We make sure our courier partner delivers your order to your doorstep. Shyaway’s lingerie collections are available only across India. We do not provide items internationally as of now.
IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED
If you find the packaging damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Contact us at 044-6671 8666 with your order number. We will check and ensure that you receive a replacement delivery at the earliest possible time.
If any products are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at 044-6671 8666 or through email. You can share your queries in the Feedback and Complaints section as well. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
IF THERE IS A DELAY
We ensure you will receive your products on time or before the estimated delivery date. If the package hasn't been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, kindly raise a ticket in our Support Portal and we will take the necessary action to resolve your problems.
