This is good for regular use, especially if you are the person who don't like to wear bra while in home but you have to. This is the best alternate, material is smooth, you don't feel like you are wearing it. Most of us have a habit of removing bra while sleeping. But wearing this you can sleep with easy. But this not for gym or running purpose at all. You will have to look out for size though. Overall it is good. I am gonna buy it again.
