RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
The 15-day return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange products purchased on the Shyaway website for any reason within 15 days of receipt. However, any claims for damages must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery via 044-3500 8666 or the support portal.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
To uphold hygiene standards, Shyaway does not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Panties, thongs, shapewear, legwear.
- Nightwear (except pyjama and shorts sets).
- Babydoll, chemise, camisole
- Products showing signs of wear or washing.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Accessories, bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets
- Products that are soiled, stained, or emit fragrances from perfumes, lotions, or body odour.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, seasonal offers, or with promotional codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty or damaged.
- Products that have already been exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again.
If an ineligible product is returned, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Eligible Products for Return/Exchange
The following items may be returned or exchanged, subject to size issues or faults in the product:
- Bras (excluding bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets).
- Pyjama and shorts nightwear sets.
Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. Submitting a return or exchange request does not guarantee acceptance. Requests submitted beyond 3 business days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
Return and Exchange Process
If your product meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Initiate a Return/Exchange Request
Contact our customer care at 044-3500 8666 or through our Support Portal, mentioning your order ID for reference within 3 business days.

Alternatively, log in to your Shyaway account, select the product you wish to return/exchange and provide a reason for the return/exchange.
Step 2: Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will collect the product within 2–3 business days. Ensure the product is securely packed before handing it over to the courier.
Note: If return pickup is unavailable in your location, you must arrange a self-return. As compensation, Rs. 75 will be credited to your Shyaway wallet for future purchases. For assistance with the return address, please contact our customer care team.
Step 3: Product Inspection and Refund
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return/exchange criteria. If approved, the refund will be credited to your Shyaway wallet, which can be used partially or fully on your next purchase.
Note: Refunds will only be credited to the Shyaway Wallet and cannot be transferred to the original payment method.
Products returned without meeting the above guidelines will not be approved for return/exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and you may select a different size or product as per your preference.
