It is essential to understand the exchange and return policy of a product before purchasing it online. Here is everything you need to know about Shyaway’s return and exchange policy.

We assure you that all the products have gone through a thorough inspection and have been handled with care until they are packed. Our delivery executives also make sure that the products are delivered to your doorstep with the most care.

However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, if you receive a faulty/ damaged product (s), then we request you to understand the following conditions and limitations for return or exchange.

When Are Products Not Eligible For Return/ Exchange?

Shyaway doesn’t accept returns/ exchange of products that fall under the below-mentioned categories:

  1. Worn products
  2. Products that look washed
  3. Products with missing tags.
  4. Soiled/ stained products with glitter or any other particles
  5. Products that emit perfume/ lotion fragrance or body odour
  6. Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging
  7. Products that you buy on clearance sale are not eligible for return irrespective of whether you dislike the colour, style, quality, or size.
  8. Shyaway often provides exciting offers and products bought using seasonal offers, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other special offers that cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty/ damaged.
  9. A said product can be exchanged only once. Thus, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  10. It is important to understand that the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense
Which Products Cannot Be Returned/ Exchanged?

Shyaway has been following strict guidelines regarding the hygiene of intimate wear even before the pandemic. Hence, the following products cannot be returned due to intimate hygiene reasons:

  1. Panties
  2. Legwear
  3. Shapewear
  4. Swimwear
  5. Nightwear other than pyjama and shorts set
  6. All accessories
  7. Bralettes
  8. Cami Bras
  9. Tube bras
  10. Lingerie Sets

The above list ultimately means that you can return/ exchange the following items given a size issue/ fault in the product. Exchange entirely depends on availability and customer preference.

  1. Bras other than bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, lingerie sets.
  2. Pyjama or Shorts nightwear sets.
Process Of Return/ Exchange?

If your product(s) meets the above policies of Shyaway, then they are eligible for return/ exchange, and here is how to do it:

  • Products can be returned/ exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
  • You can directly place an order exchange on your Shyaway account on the orders page.
  • You can also call us at 044-3500 8666 and get the help of our customer care agents to return/exchange your products.
  • You can connect with us through our Support Portal by writing an email to us.
  • The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and attach a few images of the product to understand your issue further.
  • Once the return/ exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.

Customers should kindly note that picking up of product doesn’t guarantee that the return/ exchange is approved.

Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:

  1. Properly fold and pack the product as received.
  2. Ensure that all the tags are attached.
  3. Attach the original invoice and pack with the original packaging to avoid any discrepancies.
Cancellation and Reimbursement
  1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement by contacting the Shyaway Support Portal with your Order ID as the subject for reference and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Shyaway has all the rights to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as product out of stock, default in receivable of payment, etc.
  3. On the unavailability of courier service in your area, customers may be required to courier the return/exchange products by themselves, for which they will receive a reimbursement of up to Rs75.
  4. Customers should also note that any kind of reimbursement will be transferred to your Shyaway wallet only and not to any personal bank accounts.
