We are happy to share with you that, a special offer of 5% cashback is given to all pre payment orders. Immediate cashback is done once the payment is made successful. Cashback will be credited to your Shyaway wallet, which can be used on your future purchases at Shyaway.com. You can use that wallet money anytime you need as it does not have an expiry attached to it.
If you select COD as a payment method, then there is a convenience fee /service charge of Rs. 39/- for all Cash on Delivery orders which is non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you with order details and the expected delivery date.
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days for major cities and within 5-10 business days for other locations. The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and other factors that may influence it.
Note: Incase our courier partners do not serve in your location, we will ship the order by registered speed post, and delivery may take 5-10 working days. This option is available only for the prepaid orders (Net banking & Credit/Debit cards/Shyaway wallet)
We work only with reputed national courier for safe delivery and express shipping of your orders.
You can track your order with/without logging into your account on Shyaway.com. You can also, click on Track Order to track your order by using the details that is given in your shipment confirmation mail.
Note: You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.
A. If you suppose that the packaging is damaged/ open/ tampered with, then please refuse to accept the delivery of the package.
C. We will take necessary steps and shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
