RETURN MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Shyaway’s return policy is simple as our main motto is to produce 100% customer satisfaction. Shyaway gives you an option to return certain products within 15 days from the date of delivery. All products are subject to the terms and conditions of the return and refund policy and we will not accept certain products due to hygiene reasons. Do read our return and exchange policy to further understand the conditions and cases where returns will not be accepted. So, before opting for a return, check whether your product is eligible for return and ensure the product you would like to return meets our policy.

How to return a product on Shyaway?

If you wish to return a product within the specified period, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Contact our customer care at 044-3500 8666 or you can also contact us at our support portal mentioning the order id in the subject line for reference.

Step 2: You can return the product by simply clicking on the exact product that you wish to return along with the reason for return. Once the return request is placed, our customer care executive will call you back for further process.

Step 3: Our courier person will collect the products within 2-3 business days. Pack the items you wish to return and hand them over to the courier person.

Note: Return pickup in certain location/ pin codes may not be available. In that case, you should arrange a self-return. An amount of rupees 100 will be credited to your Shyaway wallet as compensation for your self-return and you can use it for your future purchases.

Step 4: We will initiate a refund only after the product has been returned to our warehouse. We’ll check the quality of the product and it must pass all the quality checks. Further, the refund will be credited to your Shyaway wallet and you can use the Shyaway wallet amount partially or fully on your next order.
