CANCELLING AN ORDER
However if you feel that you need to change some product, address, size or any other issues you may always cancel your order after you have placed it.
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement by contacting the Shyaway Support Portal with your Order ID as the subject for reference and the reason for cancellation.
- Shyaway has all the rights to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as product out of stock, default in receivable of payment, etc.
- On the unavailability of courier service in your area, customers may be required to courier the return/exchange products by themselves, for which they will receive a reimbursement of up to Rs75.
- Customers should also note that any kind of reimbursement will be transferred to your bank account from Shyaway which could take upto 5-7 business days to appear on your bank statement.
- Customers please note that the money refunded will automatically appear in your Shyaway wallet, you can use the wallet amount to purchase anything from the website thereafter.
