Shipping and COD Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹749.
Shipping Fee: ₹49 for prepaid orders below ₹749.
COD Fee: ₹49 for all Cash on Delivery orders, in addition to the shipping fee (if applicable).

Note: Convenience and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Duration

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. While we strive to deliver all items together, in some cases, products may ship separately based on availability. You will be notified via email in such cases.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–10 working days.
  • Deliveries to remote locations (e.g., North East, J&K, Kerala) may take slightly longer.

Note: Currently, we deliver across India only and do not offer international shipping.

Use these details to track your package via the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided in the email.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If the package is damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement after investigating to resolve the issue.

Missing Products

If any item is missing from your package:

  • Raise a ticket through our support portal for immediate assistance.
  • We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.
