- Measurements provided are not correct. I ordered a medium size based on the measurements they've given here and it is loose for me. There's no exchange option so now I'm left with a useless piece of cloth. The customer care lady was pretty rude while I called regarding this. Shyaway shop, please give proper training to your staff on how to handle customers and how to be polite and professional. That woman was practically shouting at me. Terrible experience altogether. I don't think I wanna waste money ordering anything from this website ever again.
