Ways to Take Care of Your Mesh Bras

Taking care of your mesh bras can be quite difficult, here's how you can do it better with the following tips. 

Wash Care 

• Wash With Hands - To ensure longevity, wash them with your hands as it is the safest way. 

• Soak and wash - Fill a clean sink or tub of cold water and add a mild detergent. And soak it for about 15 minutes allowing the detergent to loosen the dirt or sweat. 

• Gentle Washing - Gently wash the detergent through the material carefully and do not tug or twist the fabric. 

• Rinse Well - Rinse the bra thoroughly with cold water until all the traces of the detergent are completely gone. And make sure you do not wring the bra to remove the excess water as it would damage the fabric and elastic. 

Dry Care 

• Air Dry  - Always air dry, as machine drying can damage the bra. 

• Dry Flat - Lay the bra flat on a clean towel to dry rather than hanging it as it can stretch the straps and distort the shape of the bra. 

Storage

• Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer or a shelf away from direct sunlight and moisture. 

• Do not overcrowd your lingerie drawer, as it can make your bras lose their shape.

1. How do I know my correct size?

To know your correct size, measure snugly around your ribcage under your bust, which is the band size, and then around the fullest part of your bust which is known as your bust size, then subtract the band size from the bust size to determine your cup size.

2. What is the return/exchange policy?

• Products can be returned/ exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

• You can directly place an order exchange on your Shyaway account on the orders page.

• You can also call us at 044-3500 8666 and get the help of our customer care agents to return/exchange your products.

• You can connect with us through our Support Portal by writing an email to us.

• The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and attach a few images of the product to understand your issue further.

• Once the return/ exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.

3. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

• Customers can opt for COD if they have any doubts regarding online payment methods. 

• The cash should be paid during the actual delivery of the product to the courier agent. 

• A non-refundable service fee/ convenience fee of Rs 49 is applicable on each transaction.

• Only cash (Indian Rupees) will be accepted on COD. This means that gift cards and store coupons will not be accepted.

• Foreign currency cannot be used to make the payment. 

• COD products are not eligible for cancellation. Therefore, accept the product from the courier agent and later return the same to us by following the return policy
